Florida Hospital SHARES made their inaugural mission trip to Argentina with a team of 21 including Plastic Surgeon Ernesto Ruas from Tampa, and anesthesiologist and SHARES medical director, Chris Dobson, 4-13 June 2010.  This was Dr. Stieg's twenty-third foreign mission trip and Joy, Diane, and Tina from our Plastic Surgery Specialists practice as well as Dr. Stieg's daughter Megan were also on the team.

 

Iguazu is the site of the incredible falls on the boarder of Argentina, Brasil, and Paraguay - usually ranked as the world's best waterfall.

In the operating room at the completion of the repair, and then the next morning before going home.  A straight line repair with a nasal floor z-plasty and nasal cartilage repositioning.
